Reguirements of Aerospace Structural Composites for Carbon Fibers

根据航空用结构复合材料的特点,论述了对碳纤维的需求,着重介绍了飞机用碳纤维的发展,指出用于结构复合材料的碳纤维要求质量稳定、分散性小、工艺性好、价格便宜、品种多、大、小丝束都应发展,在开发高性能碳纤维时,应注意解决使用中的问题。

The reguirements for carbon fibers are illustrated in this paper on the baeis of the features ofstractural composites in aerospace,with focus on the history carbon fibers used in aircraft. It is also demonstrated that carbon fibers used to make structural composites should have good quality stability,low deviation,good processibihty, high cost-effectiveness and a great product variety. Both large and low tow carbon fibers should be developed. Problems associated mith commercial application of high-performance carlon fibers should be solved as soon as they arise.
