摘要
聚丙烯腈基炭纤维是高新技术领域中的重要原材料,制约其技术发展的瓶颈是原丝的研究。分析了长期以来国内原丝研究存在的综合基础弱,力量薄,研究单一,缺乏创新等问题,结合北京化工大学开展的T300及更高性能炭纤维原丝技术研究工作,探讨并提出了提高原丝基础和工艺研究的建议,认为点面结合、创新思维和不懈努力、集中攻关与广泛协作等是提高原丝研究水平的基础与保证,同时强调要高度重视工艺与装备研究、开发具有自主知识产权技术的重要性。
Polyacrylomtrile(PAN)-based carbon fiber is one of the most important materials for high-techcivil industry. In this paper,the strategy for research on PAN precursor which is considered the bottle-neck in the development of carbon fiber is proposed and discussed based on the progress in research on PAN precursor in Beijing U-niversity of Chemical Technology. Sustained effort in innovation,improved wide collaboration,and more research on processes and-equipment, to develop inedependent technologies are of high priority as well.
