摘要
结合近年来有关通过化学气-液相沉积法制C/C复合材料的论文和专利,简述了这一快速致密化工艺的设计原理及制备设备,说明并比较了阻抗式加热和感应式加热对温度梯度的影响,给出了提高沉积效率的两个有效途径——脉冲式加热法和压力流法,列举了这一方法在抗氧化处理上的应用。最后提出了RD法未来的可能研究方向。
Based on the papers and patents on chemical vapor-liquid deposition of preparing carbon/carboncomposites presented in the recent years,the principle of designing rapid densification process and the reaction apparatus are outlined briefly;two ways of heating to make temperature gradient .resistant heating and inductive heating,are described and compared;two ways for increasing the efficiency of pyrocarbon deposition are given;and its applications in oxidation-resistant process are illustrated. At the end of the paper .possible research directions in this field arc suggested
