摘要
针对需要三级维修的复杂系统,采取故障后维修和定期预防性维修相结合的维修策略,建立了系统可用度、维修规则、维修间隔期关系模型,给出了模型的求解方法和系统维修周期优化流程图,解决了何时何地进行何种维修才能使复杂系统平均可用度更大的问题,最后结合示例,验证了模型及求解方法的正确性以及维修规则对系统可用度的影响程度。
Targeting at the complex system which is supported by three maintenance agencies ,the maintenance strategy composed of failure maintenance and scheduled maintenance is adopted,we build the system mean availability model which relates to maintenance rules and maintenance intervals is built. At the same time, a method is given to solve the model, and a flow chart is also given to optimize maintenance cycle of the system. At last, a case is given to show validity of the model and maintenance rules influence to system availability.
