摘要
从认知视角出发探讨了句子改译的文本呈现、改译规律及认知机制。认为一本多译的内容、形式与风格的异同体现了改译文本共性与个性参半的特征,其关键节点在于译者连接、冲洗、合流三个认知操作的差异,并以一则英语励志警句的汉译为例,分析了上述机制在翻译过程中的体现。
This paper discusses the text presentation, adaptive law and cognitive mechanism of adaptive translation on sentence scale, arguing that the differences and similarities of content, form and style among poly-translated texts display the features of universality and individuality. These features can be traced back to the translators＇ cognitive operation of linking, washing and converging in translation process. The paper also gives an analysis of the demonstration of the preceding implications exemplified by a Chinese-translated text involved with a piece of English maxim.
