Nursing Skills to Relieve the Mental Stress of Hospitalized Children

摘要 目的:探索调整住院患儿的心理压力的方法。方法:通过筛选,选择患儿40例,分为试验组和对照组,每组20例,试验组采用相应的护理技巧,对比两组患儿心理情绪变化、表现及合作程度。结果:试验组的患儿表现出积极的配合态度(P<0.05)。在紧张和拒绝状态中表现出明显的情绪稳定和接受治疗的态度(P<0.05)。结论:应用沟通交流技巧,提供适当感官刺激,减轻分离性焦虑,减少控制感丧失,减轻疼痛反应及不适等技巧,能减轻住院患儿心理压力。 Objective: To explore corresponding nursing skills to relieve the mental stress of hospitalized children. Methods: 40 hospitalized children screened with similar findings were divided into two groups, the experimental group and control group, each of 20 children. Corresponding nursing skills having been adopted, children psychological mood changes, performance and degree of cooperation were compared in the two groups before and after the experiment. Re- suits: The children in the experimental group showed more actively cooperation with the treatment, which indicated that there was a very significant difference between the experimental group and control group (P 〈 0.01 ) ; the children in the experimental group showed obvious emotional stability and acceptance to the treatment in a state of tension and refus- al to the control group and there was significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion: Application of communication skills, providing appropriate sensory stimulation, lighteing the separation anxiety, reducing the loss of control, relieving pain and discomfort such as skill reaction, can not only low the hospitalized childen~ mental pressure but improve the relationship between nurses and patients, which is essential to improve the nursing quality.
