高职学生英语学习策略调查

摘要 目的:了解高职学生英语学习策略,为教学提供指导。方法:向204名高职学生发放Oxford(1990)设计的英语学习策略调查问卷,并用SPSS11.5统计软件对数据进行分析。结果:高职学生使用英语学习策略的频率不高。其中补偿策略的使用频率最高,其次为认知策略、社交策略、元认知策略和记忆策略,情感策位居最后。结论:教师在教学中应加强对学生英语学习策略的指导和训练,即"授人以渔"的做法,使学生能终身受益。 Objective: To find out how English learning strategies are currently used among high vocational students and to provide scientific guidance for English teaching. Method: Strategy Inventory for Language Learning de- signed by Oxford (1990) were distributed to 204 high vocational students and the data were analyzed by SPSS 11.5. Re- stilts: The results suggested that English learning strategies were not employed in high frequency by high vocational learners; compensation strategies were used most frequently, followed by cognitive strategies, social strategies, meta-cog- nitive strategies and memory strategies; affective strategies were used least frequently. Conclusion: Teachers should en- hance the instruction and training of the English learning strategies in language teaching. "Teaching a man to fish" approach enables students to feed them for life.
