摘要
为提高聚丙烯装置的聚合基丙烯的产量,分析了进料口、采出口位置变化对聚合基丙烯和化学基丙烯的影响以及塔底丙烯的损失量。结果表明进料口在第76塔板处、出料口在第145塔板处比较合理;且聚合基丙烯纯度保持在99.3%时,聚合基丙烯产量最大。
To improve polymer-grade propylene production of the polypropylene unit,analysis was made to the influence of feed inlet and product outlet positions on polymer-grade propylene and chemical grade propylene and the loss of tower bottom propylene.The result showed that it is reasonable that the feed inlet is at the 76th tower plate and the production outlet is at the 145th tower plate;and the polymer-grade propylene production is at the maximum when the purity of polymer-grade propylene remains at 99.3%.
