摘要
阐述了DGDA-6094树脂的生产过程,并与低压聚乙烯装置现有单丝树脂5000S进行性能比较。结果表明,新产品DGDA-6094树脂的流动速率为0.9~1.0 g/10 min,密度为0.950~0.951 g/cm3,拉伸屈服应力21.0~22.3 MPa,拉伸断裂应变大于500%,单丝的线密度、断裂强度、伸长率等指标均满足用户要求。
This paper discussed in detail the production process of DGDA-6094,and compared it with the existing monofilament 5000S produced by LPHDPE Plant.The result showed that the melt flow rate of new product DGDA-6094 resin is 0.9~1.0 g/10 min,it's density is 0.950~0.951 g/cm3,it's tensile yield stress is 21.0~22.3 MPa,it's tensile strain at break is 500%,and the specifications such as the linear density,breaking strength and elongation meet the requirement of the users.
