乙丙橡胶门尼粘度标准物质均匀性和稳定性评价

Evaluation on uniformity and stability of Mooney viscosity reference material of the ethylene-propylene rubber

对吉林石化公司生产的乙丙橡胶EPDM4050进行了ML(1+4)100℃和ML(1+8)100℃2种条件下的门尼粘度均匀性检验和稳定性考察。结果表明,2种条件下乙丙橡胶EPDM4050的门尼粘度均匀性检验的统计量F值分别为1.58和0.64,均小于临界值2.31。样品经过1 a的稳定性考察,t统计值小于ta(n-1)临界值4.30,乙丙橡胶EPDM4050样品的门尼粘度在1 a内没有明显的变化,样品性能稳定。

Under the 2 conditions of ML(1+4)100 ℃ and ML(1+8)100 ℃,investigation was made to the Mooney viscosity uniformity and stability of the ethylene propylene rubber EPDM4050 produced by Jilin Petrochemical Company.The result showed that,under the 2 conditions,the statistic F values from Mooney viscosity uniformity test of ethylene propylene rubber EPDM4050 are 1.58 and 0.64 respectively,and both are less than the critical value 2.31.Through 1 year's investigation to the stability of sample,its t statistic value is less than ta(n-1)critical value 4.30,the Mooney viscosity of ethylene propylene rubber EPDM4050 has no significant change,and the sample property is stable.
