摘要
有关语言起源之争,继乔姆斯基提出语言突现进化论后,毕克顿的语言进化"突变论"备受西方学界关注。在文献阅读和思辨的基础之上试图解构这位著名学者的语言进化观点,认为其语言"突变论"之说有其合理性,但也指出其中存在推理问题。
The issue of language origin has been discussed among biologists and linguists, including Chomsky. After Chomsky introduces the view of ＂pop-out＂, Bickerton＇s ＂magic moment＂ of language evolution has aroused heated debates. The present paper aims to analyze and synthesize Bickerton＇s line of thoughts on language evolution, and from which both merits and defects are derived.
