亚共晶Al-Si合金细化及变质的研究现状与发展

The Circumstances and Development of Refinement and Modification of Hypoeutectic Al-Si Alloys

本文介绍了亚共晶 Al- Si常用的细化剂和变质剂 ,分析和概括了现有的一些细化理论 ,如“包晶反应”、“颗粒理论”、“晶体增殖理论”、“超形核理论”,及变质理论 ,并简要讨论了化学细化法制备半固态亚共晶 Al- Si合金。

In this paper the common fefiners and modifiers of hypoeutectic Al Si alloys was introduced. Some refining mechanism, such as “Peritectic Reaction Theories”,“Particle Theories”,“Crystal Multiplication Theories”,“Super Nucleation theories”, and modifying mechanism was analyzed. Finally the preparation of hypoeutectic Al Si alloys by chemical refining method was briefly discussed.
