摘要
以湖南第一师范学院"国培计划"中小学体育骨干教师置换脱产研修项目为例,从培训目标的确立、内容的设置、方式的设计、过程的实施、项目的管理以及学员的考评等方面进行了探讨,希望能为同类相关教师培训探索出一条行之有效的培训路径。认为湖南第一师范学院的培训实践,在帮助学员更新教育理念、拓展专业知识、增强体育技能、改进体育教学方法、提高教学与研究综合素质和能力等方面,具有一定的示范作用。
Of the "national training program" replacing full-time PE teachers training program of Hunan First Normal University, from the establishment of training objectives, content of settings, methods of design, process of implementation, project of management, evaluation for participants and other aspects, explore the effective training programs. Hold that the practice of PE teacher training in Hunan First Normal University can help trainees update ideas of education, expand professional knowledge, enhance physical skills, improve physical education teaching methods to improve the overall quality of teaching and research and the ability, play an exemplary role in the training mode.
