摘要
用化学法在 NiTi形状记忆合金表面修饰了一层 Ca/P层. X射线分析表明, Ca/P层的主要成分是 Ca5(PO4)3(OH),还有少量的a-Ca2P3O7和b-Ca3(PO4)2.原子吸收光谱的测量表明, Ca/P层抑制镍离子在人体模拟溶液中的溶出,植入试验的结果表明, Ca/P层改善了 NiTi形状记忆合金的生物相容性。
For the purpose of improving the biosafety and biocompatibility, a calcium phosphate layer (CPL) was deposited on the Ni-Ti shape memory alloy (SMA) rods. The results showed that the coating layer consisted of hydroxyapatite (HA) mainly and a--Ca2P2O7 and b-Ca3(PO4)2 slightly. Ni ions release stemmed from Ni--Ti alloy into a simulated body fluid (SBF) was retarded, i.e. the release total Ni ions being 0.844ug/cm2 for the modified alloy and 1.586ug/cm2 for the original one respectively. The rats with hydroxyapatite modificated NiTi SMA rod implant encapsulated healed normally in infection cell, fibroblast, collagen secred and capillary blood vessel amounts, aspects, in comparison with original SMA sample.
