我国排球后备人才可持续发展影响因素及其未来趋势分析

Influential factors and Development Trend of Chinese Volleyball Resource Forces

近年来我国排球运动水平出现滑坡,与后备人才匮乏、培养质量不高等因素有直接关系。运用问卷调查等研究方法,对全国25个排球后备人才基地进行调研,以可持续发展理论为研究视角,对我国排球后备人可持续发展的影响因素及其未来趋势进行调查分析,旨在为各级体育行政主管部门和人才培养单位提高后备人才培养质量提供理论依据。

In recent years,the level of the Chinese volleyball has decreased due to lack of reserve forces and ineffi cient talent training. In this paper,volleyball reserve force training bases in China were surveyed to analyzed the in fluential factors and development trend of the reserve forces so that the sports administrative departments at all lev els and other departments could use for reference.
