摘要
使用X射线衍射、电子显微镜及光学-电视动态观察等手段研究了在介观尺度上的塑性形变对半晶聚乙烯的结构和性能的影响,解释了半晶聚乙烯的形变与断裂机制.结果表明,随形变的增大,结晶相的含量和晶区取向度增高.半晶聚乙烯的结构特点使其从塑性形变一开始就形成介观结构,介观结构的运动与变化直接影响其形变乃至断裂.
The mechanisms of plastic deformation at meso-level and fracture of partially crystalline polyethylene were investigated by the methods of X--ray analysis, SEM and television--optics measuring system complex (TOMSC). The influence of deformation on the polyethylene structure and properties was studied. It was shown that when the deformation degree was increased, the portion of crystalline phase and orientation degree were increased. Deformation on meso-level was shown to be the main process from the very beginning of the deformation of partially crystalline polyethylene. This deformation is accompanied with forming of meso-substructure, which predefines the mechanism of further fracture.
