形变孪晶对层状TiAl基合金断裂机制的作用 被引量:1

摘要 讨论了形变孪晶在PST晶体断裂过程中的作用,结果表明,裂纹前端形变李晶对PST晶体 的断裂行为具有双重作用,一方面,孪晶致裂是PST晶体断裂的重要方式之一,沿孪晶界面开裂及裂尖 开裂是孪晶致裂的两种重要方式,另一方面,形变李晶能导致主裂纹尖端钝化、分又等现象,有利于材料断裂韧性的提高。 Effect of deformation twin on fracture mechanism of PST crystals of TiAl based alloys had been investigated. The results showed that deformation twin ahead of crack tip had twofold effects on fracture behaviors of PST crystals. Twinning-induced fracture was one of nucleation mechanisms of microcracks, whose mode included microcrack nucleation along twin boundary and fracture at twin tip. On the other hand, deformation twin perpendicular to the main crack could lead to bluntness and bifurcation of the crack tip, which was beneficial to enhancement of the fracture toughness.
