摘要
高校专业教学评价运用360度绩效技术,目的在于通过将学生评价、同事评价与自我评价三者加以联合,促使教学管理以一对一的方式反馈专业教师的评价结果,便于专业教师通过差距反馈来调整自我行动。为了说明360度绩效评价的运作机制,构建了360绩效评价模型并加以阐释,在高校专业教学中验证了其操作过程。

To explain the operation mechanism of 360-degree feedback, the author constructs a 360-degree feedback model and expounds it, and then implements the 360-degree feedback technology in the evaluation on professional teachers of certain colleges and universities and proves its usefulness.
