摘要
阐述了选择性非催化还原工艺的原理和主要影响因素,探讨了各种添加剂作用于SNCR过程的特点。通过分析添加剂对试验结果的影响,以及参照添加剂作用于NO x还原的化学动力学机理,评估了添加剂在拓宽反应温度窗口、降低最佳还原温度、提高温度窗口内的脱硝效率、减少氨泄漏以及抑制二次污染物(N2O、NO2及CO)排放等方面的作用。分析了SNCR过程中添加剂的作用规律,为进一步探索其他新型高效添加剂提供了理论依据,以实现脱硝效率高、经济性好、二次污染物排放少的NO x控制手段。
A brief description for the process principle of selective noncatalytic reduction(SNCR) was made and the primary factors affecting this technology were introduced. The main purpose is to discuss the roles and characteristics of various additives used for SNCR process. Through analyzing the effects of additives on the experiment results and refer ring to the chemical kinetic mechanisms of the additives acting on NO reduction, the effects of additives on widening the temperature window, lowering the optimal reduction temperature, increasing the denitration efficiency within the temperature window, reducing the ammonia slip and inhibiting the emission of secondary pollutants( N20, NO2 and CO) can be evaluated. This article aims to analyse the law of the additives influencing SNCR process and to offer some theoretical basis for exploring other new and high efficient additives so as to achieve a control measure with high deni tration efficiency, good economics and less secondary pollutants emission.
