摘要
用水热法合成了各种锰的氧化物,用XRD衍射表征产物的结构结果表明,随着氧化程度的增加,尖晶石型产物由立方向四方转变,最终成为稳定的β-MnO2,提出Mn3O4的一种离子分布式,并通过晶格常数αT和cT的计算,证实了这种离子分布式的可能性。
Manganese Oxides were synthesized by hydrothermal method. X-ray diffraction results showed that the structure of spinel-type products changed from cubic to tetragonal and then into stableβ-MnO2 with increase of oxidization. A reasonable distribution of ions of Mn3O4 product has been suggested, and it was confirmed by the calculation of the tetragonal lattice with aT = 0.5736um and CT=0.9364nm.
