摘要
目的:通过臂丛神经高位撕脱伤大鼠血清及脑脊液中髓鞘碱性蛋白(MBP)的测定,探询其变化规律,可提供一种非影像学的诊断方法,用以鉴别臂丛神经的根性撕脱和非根性撕脱。方法:将Wistar雌性大鼠39只随机分为臂丛神经根性撕脱伤和高位非根性撕脱伤各6组及对照组,共13组。其中损伤12组分别以CarlstedtT法[1]颈椎后入路制成臂丛神经根性撕脱伤和高位非根性撕脱伤损伤动物模型,于规定时间处死,抽取脑脊液和血液,定量测定MBP。结果:(1)根性撕脱伤组:与对照组比较,血液和脑脊液中MBP含量于损伤后均出现显著增高(P<0.01),有统计学意义;(2)高位非根性撕脱伤组:与对照组比较,血液中MBP含量于损伤后出现显著增高(P<0.01),而脑脊液中MBP含量无显著差异。结论:高位臂丛神经损伤大鼠血液中MBP含量均可出现显著增高。而脑脊液中是否出现MBP含量变化,则可以作为一项判断该损伤是否累及神经根的参考指标,有诊断意义。
Objective:By the assay of Myelin Basic Protein(MBP) in serum and cerebrospinal fluid of rats with brachial plexus roots avulsion,this paper will inquire its modificated regular pattern for the assessment of their severity and prognosis.Methods:39 Wistar rats were randomly divided into 6 brachial plexus roots avulsion groups and 6 notbrachial plexus roots avulsion groups,and 1 shamoperated group,13 groups altogether.The brachial plexus roots avulsion in rats were produced based on CarlstedtTmethod.Rats were killed in time,and Serum and CSF levels of MBP were measured.Results:1,Mean serum and CSF concentration of MBP in rats with brachial plexus roots avulsion raised significantly(P〈0.01); 2,Compared with control group,MBP in notbrachial plexus roots avulsion group raised in serum(P〈0.01),but did not raise in cerebrospinal fluid.Conclusion:Dynamical assays for myelin basic protein in serum and CSF of patients with brachial plexus roots avulsion are helpful for the assessment of their severity and prognosis.
