氯沙坦对慢性心力衰竭大鼠血清TNF-а和IL-18变化的影响被引量：3

摘要目的:研究氯沙坦对慢性心衰大鼠血清TNF-а和IL-18含量变化的影响。方法:用ELISA法,在450nm波长处检测血清TNF-а和IL-18含量,采用SPSS17.0软件分析数据。结果:心衰大鼠比正常大鼠血清中TNF-а和IL-18含量明显增加,经过氯沙坦治疗后TNF-а和IL-18含量出现显著下降。结论:TNF-а和IL-18在CHF的发生发展过程中起着重要的作用,随着病情的进展,在血清的浓度的改变可作为评价心功能等级和治疗效果的一个指标。
