摘要 现代小学教育要求小学教师必须具有本科及其以上学历学位,这既符合我国经济社会发展的必然要求,顺应广大人民群众对享受优质教育的期待,也符合世界小学教育发展的潮流。我国现在专科生的生源质量大幅度降低和培养方式陈旧,其毕业生难以胜任现代小学教育教学工作。创新小学教师培养模式,科学构建开放的教师教育体系,科学设置小学教师的培养目标,扩大小学教育本科专业招生数量,把好入口关,保证新补充的小学教师都是合格的大学本科毕业生。同时,加强对现有小学教师的培训,逐步提高其学历水平。建立有序退出机制,增强小学教师队伍活力。 Modern primary school education requires that primary school teachers must have a bachelor degree, which is consistent with the requirement of economic and social development in China and people's need to enjoy the high quality education, also in line with the development trend of world primary school education. The quality of students in China now declines, and the training modes are old-fashioned. Therefore, graduates of these colleges can not qualify for modern primary school education. We should reform training modes of primary school teachers, construct a scientific and open system of teacher education, appropriately design training objectives for primary school teachers, expand enrollment of primary education undergraduate programs and ensure new primary school teachers are qualified graduates with a bachelors' degree. At the same time, we should strengthen training of the existing primary school teachers, gradually improve their degrees, and es- tablish an orderly withdrawal mechanism to enhance the vitality of primary school teachers.
