高职体育教师职后可持续发展现状研究

Research on Status Quo of theSustainable Development of P.E.Teachers in Higher Vocational

高职实用性体育是培养高职学生综合素质的重要组成部分,而高职体育教师职后可持续发展现状并不乐观,绝大部分高职体育教师缺乏与外界沟通交流、学习培训的机会,因而很难将职业实用性体育真正落到实处,限制了高职实用性体育在培养学生职业体能中的作用。高职实用性体育想要发展,建立系统的高职体育教师职后可持续发展环境刻不容缓。

Higher vocational practical physical education is to cultivate higher vocational students＇ comprehensive quality is an important part of, and the sustainable development of higher vocational physical education teachers in present situation is not optimistic, most of the higher vocational physical education teachers lack of communication with the outside world, learning training opportu- nities, so it is difficult to truly implement professional practical sports, limits the vocational role in cultivating students＇ professional practical sports fitness. Higher vocational practical sports want to development, to establish system of P. E. teachers in higher vocational environment sustainable devel- opment is urgently needed.
