摘要
本文以贺州东潭林科所的国家级优质杉木种质作为插穗材料,采用正交试验及单因素试验设计,研究不同生长调节剂配比、ABT1#对杉木优良无性系扦插的保存率、生根率、根系活力等根形态建成指标的影响。结果表明,在NAA 300 mg/L+IBA 40 mg/L的配比作用下,杉木扦插生根率最高,达74.15%;ABT1#对杉木插穗生根的作用效果明显,ABT1#处理后的生根率均在96%以上。生长调节剂与ABT1#对杉木扦插生根具有促进作用。
The superior quality of Chinese fir collected from Dongtan forestry research institution in Hezhou was used for burgeon materials. During the cutting propagation, the effects of different concentrations of growth regulators (IAA, NAA and IBA) and ABT1# on the retention rate, rooting rate and root activity were examined us- ing orthogonal experiment design and single factor design. The results demonstrated that the rooting rate reached the top with 74.15% at the joint action of NAA 300 mg/L and IBA 40 mg/L together. Meanwhile, the ABT1~ im- proved the cutting propagation significantly with more than 96% rooting rate. The suitable concentrations and proportion NAA, IBA and ABTI# were positive to promote the rooting rate of cuttings of Chinese fir.
