植物寄生线虫Hsp70研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 热激蛋白70(heat shock protein 70,Hsp70)是所有原核生物和真核生物在发育过程中为了适应不同环境而合成并起关键作用的蛋白质家族。多种植物寄生线虫编码的Hsp70基因序列己被克隆和检测,但其在应激反应中线虫与寄主植物的互作机制仍不是很清楚。本文对Hsp70家族的分类、Hsp70结构及其生物学功能进行了综述,从Hsp70基因的克隆、表达和系统进化介绍了植物寄生线虫Hsp70基因的研究进展,并就今后植物寄生线虫Hsp70的相关应用基础研究进行了展望。 Heat shock protein 70 (Hsp70), as a kind of protein family expressed in all prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms, plays a critical role in the development and adaptation to various environments. Hsp70 gene has been cloned and identified in several different plant parasitic nematode species, but the interaction mechanism of nema- todes with plants in the stress response is still unknown up to now. In this paper, the classification of lisp70 family, the structure and the biological function of lisp70 were summarized, and also introduced the progress in clone, express and phyletic evolution of lisp70 gene of plant parasitic nematodes. The study on application foundation of lisp70 gene of plant parasitic nematodes in the future was also discussed.
