Pesticide Packaging Waste Recycling:Support Attitude and Mode Selection

回收处理是解决农药包装废弃物污染的有效办法。基于此,文章从农户角度对农药包装废弃物的处理现状、回收支持态度以及回收模式选择进行了研究。研究表明:"顺手丢弃"和"扔垃圾场"是目前中国农民处理农药包装废弃物最常用的两种方式;超过90%的农民表示支持农药包装废弃物回收工作,他们的态度主要受到农药认知水平的影响;短期内应以政府主导型回收模式为主,长期则应该根据农户的农药认知和回收态度情况,逐步建立农药包装废弃物回收市场。

Recycling is an effective way to solve the pesticide packaging waste pollution. Based on this, this article stu- dis on the status quo of China＇s pesticide packaging waste, recycling support attitude and recycling mode selection. Re- search results show that conveniently discards and throwing rubbish dump are the two most commonly way to recycle pesti- cide packaging waste at present;more than 90% of the farmers have support attitude for pesticide packaging waste recy- cling, their attitudes are mainly affected by pesticide cognitive level Government leading recycling mode should be taken as the main way in short term, and the pesticide cognitive attitude and recycling situation of farmers should be considered to gradually establish a pesticide packaging waste recycling market in the long term.
