Analysis on the problem of operational risk management of the commercial bank

从操作风险的分类与特征入手,对商业银行操作风险的一般问题进行了分析。在此基础上,从人力资本激励角度诠释了商业银行操作风险管理问题,最后提出优化商业银行操作风险管理的相关建议。

Starting from the classification and characteristics of operational risk of,general issues of commercial banks operational risk are analyzed.On this basis,the interpretation of the operational risk management of commercial banks from the angle of human capital incentive,finally put forward the optimization suggestions related to the operational risk management of commercial banks.
