The consistency of performance management on organizational and individual goals,through the realization of organizational performance to improve individual performance,is of great significance to the sustainable development of enterprises. Job analysis is the foundation of performance management,job analysis is the result of the implementation of performance management basis;perfor-mance appraisal is a process of performance management,scientific performance evaluation is an important method for the advanced enterprise management;human resource is an important resource for the sustainable development of the enterprise,the effective per-formance management can avoid excessive loss of talent.
