睑板腺按摩联合聚维酮碘液冲洗治疗睑板腺功能障碍的临床效果 被引量：2

摘要 睑板腺的功能是分泌睑脂,当发生睑板腺功能障碍时,正常的睑脂分泌功能遭到破坏,脂质成分改变,常引起泪膜异常、眼部刺激等一系列眼表不适症状.多数研究认为,睑板腺功能障碍（MGD）除了与激素调节有关外,还与睑板腺细菌感染有十分密切的关系[1].临床上治疗方法侧重于睑板腺按摩,不注重局部的清洁.近年来,我们在对MGD进行睑板腺按摩治疗的同时,采用聚维酮碘液清洁睑缘及结膜囊,收到了较为理想的效果,现报道如下.
