澳大利亚12个剑豆种源生长节律及主要农艺性状的遗传变异分析 被引量:1

摘要 以从澳大利亚引进的12个剑豆种源为研究对象,对其生长规律和21个性状进行了调查,并采用方差分析和相关分析方法对剑豆种源的13个数量性状进行了分析。结果显示:不同种源间多数性状的差异显著;单株产量与株高、荚重、荚宽、荚厚、单株荚数、百粒重等性状呈显著正相关关系。通过聚类分析,可将12个剑豆种源分为4个大类,第1类:可以攀爬,分枝较多,结实量大,为晚熟型;第2类:植株不攀爬,为早熟型;第3类:植株善于攀爬且早熟;第4类:可攀爬且晚熟。 This study was conducted to study the growth rhythm and genetic variation of 12 provenances of Canavalia ensiformis from Australia. 13 quantitative traits of the species were analyzed using variance analysis and correlation analysis. The results showed that there was significant difference between these traits, and yield per plant was positivelly correlated with plant height, pod weight, pod width, pod thick, the number of pod per plant and 100-seed weight. These provenances of C.ensiformis were classified into 4 categories using cluster analysis, the first category showed strong ability of climbing, more branches and the high yield, belonged to late-maturing type. The second category was erect or partly erect, belonged to early-maturing type. The third category was the type of climbing and early-maturing. The fourth category was the type of climbing but late-maturing.
