摘要
以铁炮百合(Lilium longiflorum)的鳞片、含苞待放时花蕾下的花梗为外植体,进行诱导生芽、生根的组织培养快速繁殖技术的研究。结果表明:鳞片诱导生芽最适合的初代培养基为MS+6-BA 2.0 mg/L+NAA 0.1 mg/L+2,4-D0.1mg/L;花梗的诱导生芽最适合的初代培养基为MS+6-BA 1.0 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L;最佳继代培养基为MS+6-BA 3.0mg/L+NAA 0.02 mg/L;最佳生根培养基培养基为1/2MS+6-BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 1.0 mg/L+活性炭0.1%;生芽率和生根率均可达100%。
Using the scales and peduncle as the explants, the tissue culture rapid propagation of Lilium formolongi was studied.
