摘要
通过构建流通过程中的水产品质量安全影响因素指标体系,运用AHP方法对流通过程中的水产品质量安全影响因素进行定量分析,通过综合评价及排序得出流通主体的组织化与专业化程度是影响流通过程中水产品质量安全的首要因素,其次是流通渠道的形式、法律法规完善程度、冷链物流技术和流通主体的质量安全意识等因素,并在此基础上提出了有针对性的建议。
The influencing factors index system of aquatic products quality and safety in circulation is established. Then we apply AHP model to make a quantitative analysis on the influencing factors of quality and safety in circulation. Through a comprehensive evaluation and sorting, the result shows that the organization and specialization level of circulation bodies is the most important factor influencing the quality and safety of aquatic products, followed by the circulation channels, laws and regulations, cold chain logistics technology, awareness of quality, safety of circulation bodies and other index factors. And then suggestions are given.
