The Value of Emotional Intelligence to Adult Education

情绪智力对成人的全面发展至关重要,而现阶段我国的成人教育未能充分关注成人情绪智力的培养。本文探讨了情绪智力的内涵、功能以及对成人教育的价值,并尝试将情绪智力理论引入成人教育,以期为我国成人教育的发展提供新思路。

Emotional intelligence is crucial to the comprehensive development of adults, nevertheless the development of emotional intelligence has been ingored with the present stage education. This paper discusses the meaning and function of emotional intellig of our country＇s adult ence and the value of emotional intelligience to adult education, in additon, the attempt of introducing emotional intelligience to pactical field of adult education is also made. Hopefully to provide some new ideas for the development of adult education.
