论我国成人教育的异化现象及其对策

Alienation Phenomenon and Its Countermeasures of China Adult Education

成人教育的终极目的是服务于成人不断完善自我的需求,然而随着学历之风的愈演愈烈,在成人教育中出现忽视成人的特殊性、过于注重规训教育、过度的知识灌输等异化于其本真面貌的现象。为保证成人教育的健康开展和成人的全面发展,在成人教育实施中应消除异化现象,让成人教育回归对生命的完善以及自由的重塑,让成人真正得以自我实现。

Adult education should ultimately serve the needs of adults ＇ constantly perfect themselves, however, with the increasingly fierce of the qualifications＇ wind, adult education showing a series of phenomena departing from its true features, such as ignore the particularity of learners, emphasize on submissiveness education too much, excessive knowledge infusion, and so on. In order to ensure the healthy development of adult education and the comprehensive development of the learners, the existing alienation phenomenon should he eliminated in the implementation of adult education. So that allow the return of adult education to improve the quality of life and to remodel the freedom of learners, then allow adults reach self- improvement really.
