新生代农民工培训问题及对策探略

Cenozoic Era Peasant Workers' Training Problems and Its Countermeasures

新生代农民工培训不仅有利于个体的生存和发展,而且还关乎经济发展和社会的稳定。然而新生代农民工培训工作中存在的政府政策执行力缺乏、培训机构管理制度不健全、企业对培训的积极性认识不充分、新生代农民工学习时间无法保障等问题,阻碍了新生代农民工培训工作的有序发展。针对上述问题,本文分析了新生代农民工的培训现状并提出了相应对策,以期实现培训效益的最大化。

The training of the new generation of migrant workers, which is not only beneficial to the individual＇s survival and development but also related to economic development and social stability. However, the new generation of migrant workers training that exist in the lack of enforcement of government policies, training institutions management systems is not sound, and the awareness of enterprise training＇s initiative is insufficient, learning time of new generation of migrant workers can not be guaranteed, which hindered the training~ s orderly development of new generation of migrant workers. In response to these problems, this paper analyzes the current situation of training the new generation of migrant workers and proposes the corresponding countermeasures to achieve the maximization of the benefits of training.
