泉州地区教师代谢综合征危险因素及中医证型的流行病学调查

摘要 目的对泉州地区教师人群代谢综合征的患病率、危险因素和危险证型进行流行病学调查研究。方法应用频数法统计泉州地区教师人群代谢综合征的患病率和各组分的构成比、基本证型的出现频率和构成比;应用非条件Logistic回归分析代谢综合征的危险因素和危险证型。结果泉州地区教师人群代谢综合征患病率为21.14%;患病率在40岁以上年龄组升高显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且70岁以上为高发年龄组;糖尿病家族史、饮酒年数、年龄、性别、高糖高脂饮食摄入过量、缺乏运动为泉州地区教师人群代谢综合征的危险因素;痰湿证、火热证和气虚证为泉州地区教师人群代谢综合征的危险证型。结论在泉州地区教师人群中代谢综合征患病率高,应针对其危险因素进行预防,辨证施治对其危险证型进行治疗。 Objective To investigate the risk factors and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome types of metabolic syndrome in the teachers of Quanzhou district. Methods The prevalence of metabolic syndrome and the composition of each component ratio were analysed by frequency statistics method in the teachers of Quanzhou Distrinct. The basic TCM syndrome types, frequency and composition ratio were also determined. The risk factors and TCM syndrome types of metabolic syndrome were analysed by logistic regression analysis. Results In Quanzhou District,the prevalence of metabolic syndrome in the teachers was 21.14%. The prevalence increased in the population over 40 years old and it was particularly high in the teachers aged over 70. The common risk factors were family history of diabetes, drinking duration years, age, gender, fat intake, lack of exercise. The TCM syn- drome types of metabolic syndrome were phlegm and dampness syndrome, heat and hot syndrome, and Qi deficiency syndrome. Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic syndrome is high in the teachers of Quanzhou District. The i- dentification of risk factors will help to prevent the development of metabolic syndrome. The corresponding therapy should be administered according to the TCM syndrome type.
