应用补肾化瘀法组方对化疗骨髓功能保护的临床研究

A Clinical Study of Bone Marrow Functional Protection of Tonifying Kidney and Removing Blood Stasis on Chemotherapy

目的观察中药护髓丸对恶性肿瘤全身化疗患者骨髓功能保护的临床疗效。方法搜集在本院进行全身化疗的恶性肿瘤患者160例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组90例化疗同时给予护髓丸,对照组70例化疗同时给予三仙丸,对两组化疗结束后7d白细胞(WBC)和血小板(PLT)下降情况等进行评价。结果化疗后7d,治疗组WBC和PLT下降的比例分别为54.4%和31.1%,对照组WBC和PLT下降的比例分别为68.6%和51.4%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论以补肾化瘀法为理论基础的护髓丸对化疗药物引起的骨髓抑制有确切的预防作用,从而保证了化疗的顺利进行,减轻了患者的经济负担,值得临床进一步研究推广。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of bone marrow functional protection of Husuiwan on ma- lignant tumor patients with systemic chemotherapy. Methods 160 malignant tumor patients after systemic chemo- therapy were divided into treatment and control groups. The treatment group including 90 cases were treated with chemotherapy and Husuiwan. The control group including 70 cases were treated with chemotherapy and three im- mortals pill. Leukocytes and platelets were evaluated between the two groups 7 days after systemic chemothera- py. Results The descending rates of leukocytes and platelets were 54.4% and 31.1% respectively 7 days after chemotherapy in treatment group, and those were 68. 6% and 51.4% in control group. There was a statistical difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Husuiwan in the rationale of tonifying kidney and removing blood stasis is effective in protecting bone marrow depression induced by chemotherapeutics, ensures chemotherapy proceeding smoothly, lightens the economic burden of patients, and is worth studying and being recommended.
