摘要
目的探讨骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠的镇痛作用。方法采用热板法建立小鼠疼痛模型,观察骨炎消巴布剂的镇痛作用。结果骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠热板所致的疼痛反应有明显的镇痛作用,骨炎消巴布剂高、中剂量组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨炎消巴布剂对小鼠疼痛具有镇痛作用。
Objective To observe the analgesic effect of Guyanxiao cataplasm on mice. Methods The pain in mice was induced by hot plate models. The analgesic effect of Guyanxiao cataplasm in mice was observed. Results The pain induced by hot plate was significantly relieved by Guyanxiao cataplasm. Compared with the control group,the higher and middle dose groups exerted the remarkable analgesic effect（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Guyanxi- ao cataplasm is effective in the treatment of the pain in mice.
