摘要
目前应用广泛的人工、机械式钥匙齿形检测方法效率低、成本高,而且检测精度易受人为因素或机械磨损的影响。计算机视觉技术的应用能够改善人工、机械式检测方法存在的不足,但是现行检测系统仍需要配备精度较高的检测平台,这在一定程度上增加了检测与识别的成本。设计实现一种改进后的基于计算机视觉的汽车钥匙齿形检测系统,利用CCD摄像机采集钥匙轮廓图像,并以Matlab算法为平台,通过多种数字图像处理技术对该图像进行分析。最后通过实验验证该系统的有效性、准确性。
Now widely used artificial and mechanical method for ear key tooth detection brings about low efficiency and high cost. Human factors and equipment wear would take adverse impact on the detection accuracy. The application of computer vision would deal with the deficiency. But, at the present, car key tooth detection system based on computer vision still needs a detection platform with high precision. Then, to a certain extent, it brings about extra cost. An improved system based on computer vision was designed and implemented. Firstly, the key's outline image was captured with CCD ( Charge Coupled Device). Secondly, on the basis of Matlab algorithm, a variety of digital image processing techniques were used to analyze the image. Lastly, an experiment was carried out to verify the accuracy and validity of the system.
