GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症中的综合应用价值研究

Study on the Comprehensive Application Value of GnRH-a in Combination with Laparoscopic Surgery in the Treatment of Patients with Endometriosis

目的 研究分析促性腺激素释放激素类似物（GnRH-a）联合腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症中的综合应用价值.方法 选取2011年7月~2013年1月于本院进行腹腔镜手术治疗的42例子宫内膜异位症患者为对照组,同时期采用GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术进行治疗的42例患者为观察组,然后将两组中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者的治疗总有效率、血清疾病及复发相关指标进行比较.结果 观察组中Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期者的治疗总有效率分别高于对照组,治疗后的血清疾病及复发相关指标均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论 GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术在子宫内膜异位症中的综合应用价值较高,对改善疾病治疗效果及控制复发等发挥着积极的作用.

Objective To study and analyze the comprehensive application value of G-nRH-a in combination with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis. Methods 42 patients with endometriosis who were treated with laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from July 2011 to January 2013 were selected as control group,42 patients who were treated with GnRH a combined with laparoscopic surgery at the same time were selected as observation group. The total treatment effective rate of stage III and IV, serum disease related indexes and relapse related indexes before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The total treatment effective rate of observation group with stage III and IV were respectively higher than those of control group,serum disease-related indexes and relapse related indexes after the treatment were all lower than those of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The comprehensive application value of GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of patients with endometriosis is higher, and it also plays an active role in improving the treatment efficacy and controlling the relapse of disease.
