心血管手术患者术中知晓的发生情况 被引量：4

摘要 术中知晓是指患者在全身麻醉手术中存在意识和明确的记忆，是全身麻醉的并发症之一，可能会导致严重的心理后遗症，如创伤后应激障碍等。研究显示，不同手术类型术中知晓的发生率不同，而心血管及产科手术发生率较高。针对心血管手术术中知晓发生情况尚缺乏大样本研究，因此本研究拟探讨心血管手术患者术中知晓的发生情况，为临床提供参考。
