父母近视与儿童近视关联的遗传和环境共享因素的关系 被引量：12

摘要 随着对儿童近视病因研究的不断深入，父母近视已被确定为儿童近视的危险因素之一。父母近视如何影响儿童近视尚未形成定论，家庭的影响往往被认为是由遗传决定的，但家庭作为父母、子女共同生活的场所，共享环境的影响不能被忽视。本文主要综述父母近视影响儿童近视的遗传与共享环境证据。 1 父母近视对儿童近视影响的流行病学研究 1．1父母近视与儿童近视显著关联父母近视与儿童近视间存在明显的关联，父母近视其子女近视患病风险增高。
