考虑失效相关的多部件系统最优预防维修策略 被引量:7

Optimal preventive maintenance policies for multi-unit system considering failure interactions

摘要 为了解决存在失效相关性的多部件系统的预防维修策略问题,引入了关联系数以描述部件间的失效相关性。以两部件系统为例构建了系统的失效率函数,得到了复杂装备预防维修模型的解析形式。以装备全生命周期内的最小维修费率为目标,构建了目标函数。结合工程实例给出了装备的最优预防维修策略,为失效相关的多部件系统预防维修策略的制定提供了一个新的可行方案。 To solve the problem of preventive maintenance policies for multi-unit system with failure interactions, thecoefficient factor was introduced to describe the failure interactions between units. Two-unit system was showed as an example to build up the failure rate functions and the analytical form of the model was obtained. For the target of minimum maintenance cost rate, the objective function was established. The optimal preventive maintenance policies were obtained with an engineering case. It was proved to be a feasible solution in generating preventive maintenance policies.
