摘要 随着我国煤炭行业高产高效的发展,露天煤矿胶带运输系统的信息化、网络化日益得到重视。露天煤矿胶带运输系统的保护信号采集受环境影响严重、初次投入成本高、监测滞后、数据延迟等都对煤矿生产造成巨大损失。有效的对系统进行升级,使胶带运输系统保护信号采集的网络化程度得到提高,将节省大量人力物力。本文结合生产实际设计了胶带运输系统保护信号的采集系统,并对自动化网络的功能、网络系统的软硬件设计进行了详细的阐述。 With the development of high yield and high efficiency coal mine industry in our country, informatization and network belt transport system in open-pit coal mine has been paid more attention. Signal acquisition protection belt transport system in open-pit coal mine seriously affected by the environment, the first high input costs, monitoring and data delay lag, caused huge losses to the coal mine production. Effective to upgrade the system, network of belt transport system protection signal acquisition is improved, will save a lot of manpower and material resources. In this paper, combined with the actual production design of the belt transport system protection signal acquisition system, hardware and software design and function, network system for the automation networks are presented in detail.
