摘要
针对炉内喷钙脱硫过程中钙利用率较低的情况,介绍了通过调质手段来改善其脱硫效果的各种调质方法发展现状。一些调质方法可使钙基脱硫剂的脱硫效率得到明显的提高。指出目前在各种调质方法机理的认识上还远不够深入,应从物理化学的角度来对机理进行进一步的探讨。认为寻求价廉、易获得并且技术上易于实现的调质剂将是今后该项研究所发展的方向。
With regard to problem of low calcium use ratio during sorbent injection desulfurization, development status of modifying methods to improve desulfurization results is introduced. Some modifying methods can greatly enhance desulfurization efficiency of Calcium-based sorbents. So far the modifying methods mechanism is not understood deeply. Further investigation shall be made from aspects of chemical and physics. The aim of the development shall be to seek cheap, attainable and technically realizable modified sorbents.
