摘要
介绍了1025t/h亚临界直流锅炉水冷壁应力特性的理论研究。作者分别计算了水冷壁管的内压应力、外载应力和温差应力,并作了数量上的比较,然后用强度理论校核了锅炉上、中、下3个辐射区的应力工况,结果表明:仅由内压和外载引起的应力远小于材料许用值,但因水冷壁存在管间温差和向背温差,由此引起的应力叠加可能导致某些管子的应力水平较高,接近甚至超过材料的许可应力,存在着爆管泄漏的危险.
This paper introduces a theoretical research on waterwall tube stress characteristics of 1025t/h sub-critical once-through boiler made by Shanghai Boiler Works, Ltd., The researchers calculated stress values caused by internal pressure, weight load and temperature difference respectively. Stress conditions of three radiate areas (up, middle, down) are obtained. The results show that the stress caused by internal pressure and external load is far below the limited value of material. With temperature difference between two abjacent tubes and between two parts of single tube, the total stress is very near or even a little beyond the limit, which means some tubes are facing danger of breaking down.
