摘要 文章叙述为解决16V240Z柴油机喷油泵渗漏油较多而浪费燃油问题所进行的柱塞偶件结构改进试验研究。在对该型机喷油泵柱塞偶件结构特点进行详细分析研究的基础上,通过试验采用了柱塞套带特种型式回油孔槽的结构,取得了明显节油效果。 The paper addresses to the experimental investigation in plunger pair design modification carried out to limit the excessive fuel leakage running to waste which has occurred in the fuel injection pumps on 16V240Z diesel engines. Based on detailed analysis of the design features of the paired injection pump plunger, and through tests, a plunger sleeve constructed additionally with a special type of fuel return slot has been adopted, which has proved to be effective with more significant fuel savings.
