论述了在 6 0 0MW汽轮机低压转子制造过程中 ,运用GB/T190 0 1—ISO90 0 1质量保证模式中有关产品标识和可追溯性、过程控制、检验和试验、检验和试验状态等要素的具体做法 ,证实质量控制是保证发电设备制造质量的重要一环和最后关口 ,也是企业奋力追求“一次并网成功”
This article details the methods of applying the key elements of GB/T 19001 ISO9001 Quality Assurance Model,such as product identification,traceability,process control,inspecting and testing,inspecting and testing state during 600MW steam turbine LP rotor manufacturing ,and it proves that quality control is a critical loop in power equipment manufacturing and also is the only choice for the enterprise to pursuit successful synchronization during first test run.
