摘要
在不同的温度、压力、电压条件下 ,对所开发的阴极材料进行了电发射特性的试验研究。研究结果表明 :温度、压力、电压对发射电流均有不同程度的影响。在高温 ( >80 0℃ )条件下 ,由阴极材料热发射所获得的电流密度比采用常规电晕方式所得到的电流密度至少高 2个数量级。发射极具有良好的稳定性 ,可在高温高压条件下长期使用。图 4参
The effect of various factors on the thermal emission current is observed, the thermal emission characteristics of the cathode are significatly dependent on temperature, pressure and voltage added between anode and cathode. The thermal emission current density from the emitter are at least of two orders more than of an usual ESP which has been found so far. The emitter has excellent electron emitting stability and can be used under high temperature and high pressure for a long time. Figs 4 and refs 2.
